Rescuing and rehabilitating since 2009The work we support today
We donate a portion of every sale of The Meal Topper to NYC Second Chance Rescue. Your purchase helps us care for dogs beyond your own home.
NYC Second Chance Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that rescues and rehabilitates critically injured, abused, and neglected dogs and cats, including animals at high risk of euthanasia. Founded in 2009, the organization takes on difficult cases and helps animals move toward safety, healing, and a home.
Visit NYC Second Chance RescueFrom urgent veterinary treatment to continued recovery, the rescue supports animals with complex medical needs. Its work includes large-breed dogs, seniors, and animals often overlooked because of their age, size, or health.
Read their missionFoster families give animals a calmer place to decompress, rebuild trust, and learn everyday skills. The rescue matches fosters with animals and supports them along the way, helping prepare dogs and cats for adoption while making room for the next rescue.

Our vision for a better future
We plan to build rehabilitation facilities for dogs facing euthanasia. Places to recover, rediscover trust, and begin a life they might never have had.

They don’t have to earn their second chance.A loving home, a suitable working role, or supported lifelong care. Every dog matters.
Help shape this futureQualified professionals would assess each dog’s health, temperament, and suitability before considering a working role. Age, disability, or an inability to work would never make a dog less deserving. Where suffering could not be relieved, veterinary expertise and the dog’s welfare would guide humane decisions.
