Collagen-derived protein
Bone broth provides protein from collagen, including amino acids such as glycine and proline. Collagen is a structural protein in skin, cartilage, and other connective tissues.
CoQ10
Naturally present in beef organs, including heart and liver, CoQ10 helps cells produce energy and also acts as an antioxidant.
Antioxidant nutrients
Beef organs naturally contain selenium, a trace mineral used by antioxidant enzymes. These enzymes help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Electrolyte minerals
Beef organs naturally contain potassium and sodium. These electrolytes play a role in fluid balance and normal nerve and muscle function.
