Good care includes respecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you shop with Brothhh or use My Brothhh.

About this policy

This policy covers brothhh.co, our customer accounts, purchases, subscriptions, and communications with us.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, customer identifiers, sign-in information, and communication preferences.
• Orders and subscriptions: products purchased, payment confirmations, delivery information, returns, subscription status, delivery frequency, and changes you request. Payment providers process payment details to complete transactions.
• Dog profiles: details you choose to provide, such as your dog's name, breed, birthday, weight, allergies, and care information, linked to your customer account.
• Messages and feedback: information you include in support requests, reviews, forms, and other communications.
• Website and message activity: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, shopping-cart activity, purchases, and interactions with our emails or advertising.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and from providers that support payments, subscriptions, delivery, accounts, marketing, and analytics. Some information is needed to fulfill orders or provide requested features; optional dog details are your choice.

How we use information

We use information to process and deliver orders, manage subscriptions and accounts, handle returns and support, personalize your experience, improve our products and website, measure advertising, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We also use shopping activity and communication preferences to send relevant Brothhh marketing where permitted.

If European or UK data-protection law applies, our legal bases include performing our contract with you for purchases and requested services; complying with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in support, security, and improving our business, balanced against your rights; and consent where required for marketing or non-essential tracking.

My Brothhh and your dog's details

My Brothhh is optional. You do not need to complete a dog profile to buy products or subscribe. When you provide dog details, we associate them with your customer account and may use them in relevant emails—for example, addressing serving guidance to your dog by name. Account and dog-profile information can be shared with the providers that run these features, including our email platform, Klaviyo.

You can edit or remove dog details in My Brothhh or contact us for help. Setting up a profile does not itself give consent to marketing texts. Removing a dog profile does not cancel a product subscription; subscription changes are managed separately through Recharge.

Providers and sharing

We disclose information needed by providers that help operate our business:

• Shopify: our store, checkout, customer sign-in, and commerce services.
• Recharge: subscription records, recurring orders, and subscription management.
• Klaviyo: customer profiles, email communications, preferences, and personalization.
• Google and Meta: analytics, advertising measurement, and advertising services, including audience matching on Facebook and Instagram.
• Other service providers: payment processing, shipping, fulfillment, hosting, storage, and customer support.

We may also disclose information at your direction, to comply with law or valid legal requests, protect rights and security, or in connection with a business sale or reorganization. Information you post publicly, such as a product review, may be visible to others. Third-party sites and services have their own privacy policies.

Shopify's role

Shopify hosts our store and processes information when you browse or purchase. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which allows Shopify to use information about interactions with our store together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization and advertising. Shopify and other providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand visits and purchases, measure messages and ads, and show relevant advertising. Advertising partners may receive identifiers, contact details, purchase information, and website activity for these purposes. This can constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for information.

You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect sign-in, checkout, or other features. Browser controls alone may not stop all server-side data sharing. To opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, visit Your privacy choices or email sales@brothhh.com. Where applicable, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out request for the browser and device sending it. Email and text choices

Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails to stop those messages. We may still send service messages about orders, subscriptions, accounts, or support. If you opt into marketing texts, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Mobile Terms of Service.

SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. They may be shared with providers that help deliver our text-message service. Where you consent to cart-reminder texts, shopping-cart activity may be used to send them.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or limit certain uses of sensitive information. Exceptions may apply, including records needed for legal obligations. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

Send requests to sales@brothhh.com. You do not need to create an account. We may verify identity for requests such as access or deletion, and authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate proof of authority. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To appeal a decision or raise a complaint, reply to our response or contact us. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority.

Security, retention, and international transfers

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Please avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information by email. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, considering account and subscription activity, legal and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, disputes, and backup requirements.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on recognized mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Children and policy updates

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or knowingly sell or share information about individuals under 16. If a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.
