We want you to feel confident when shopping with Brothhh. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding a return or refund.

For the safety of all dogs and to maintain the integrity of our supplements, we cannot accept returns once the original mailing package has been opened. This applies even if the product inside remains factory sealed and unused.

If your shipping package is unopened, please email sales@brothhh.com within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your order.

Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds

If you're unable to return your order because the original mailing package has been opened, please contact us at sales@brothhh.com. We genuinely care about our customers and will always work with you via email to find a fair solution, including issuing a refund when appropriate.

Because opened shipping packages cannot be returned, we kindly ask that you donate the unopened supplement to a local animal shelter or rescue whenever possible. If donation isn't an option, you may dispose of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us immediately at sales@brothhh.com if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of pets, we cannot accept returns on dog supplements once the original mailing package has been opened.

We also do not accept returns on:
